Research Interest/Focus

I am skilled and proficient in a number of laboratory methods using HPLC, microbiological, spectrophotometric, radiolabled or enzymatic analysis of nutrients and metabolic end products in plasma, urine and food samples. I'm the phlebotomist for the department and I've assisted in numerous human metabolic feeding studies.
